All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3, the latest and most secure protocol. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by banks and government agencies.

Infrastructure Security

OpslyFlow is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with multiple layers of security. Our servers are located in SOC 2 certified data centers with 24/7 physical security, biometric access controls, and redundant power and cooling systems.

Access Management

We implement strict access controls with role-based permissions, two-factor authentication, and single sign-on (SSO) support. All access to production systems is logged and monitored.

Backup and Recovery

Your data is automatically backed up every 6 hours with point-in-time recovery capabilities. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically distributed locations to ensure business continuity in case of disaster.

Incident Response

We maintain a comprehensive incident response plan with 24/7 monitoring and alerting. In the unlikely event of a security incident, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours and provide detailed information about the incident and our response.
